Calimetrics (“Calimetrics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use calimetrics.app, our mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Policy is intended to reflect applicable privacy requirements, including Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

• Billing and transaction information: such as subscription status, purchase details, billing country, and payment-related records. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, and we do not store your full payment card number.
• Technical and device information: such as device type, operating system, browser type, app version, IP address, and basic diagnostic information.
• Analytics and tracking information: if enabled with your consent where required, we may collect information about how you interact with the Service using analytics tools, cookies, or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Personal Information

• Provide workout tracking and other core Service functionality.
